blue wax offers multiple release high gloss and excellent surface finish,eliminating the use of pva.

liquid wax used along with blue wax eliminates build up of wax on the molds and also gives multiple release.

We have #60 emery roll, length 50 meters and width 4 inches.

SHINETSU brand from japan in original packing in white, black, grey & translucent packing size 300ml. Silicone rubber for mold applications of the same brand are also available.

This is a USA based mold release system for multiple release elimination wax and pva.

Molds are porous, unless sealed the wax and the resin gets in the pores and lead to wax build up. Sealer also prolongs the life of the mold.

We have all kinds of fibre glass mat in powder/ emulsion, also available woven rovings 400 & 600 gsm, surface mat in glass and polyster. Printed surface mat are also available.

In 25 microns & 75 microns thickness, various widths are available.

For measuring accelerator/hardner capacity of bottle: 500 ml

We have dispensers with 25ml capacity graduated with 5 ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml & 25 ml. These dispensers are made fom virgin pp natural material and are unbreakable. Any 500 ml bottle can be fitted on to them.

10% to be added by weight of resin, will reduce the cost of the molding.

20% to be added by weight of resin, will enchance the mechnical properties and also lower the cost of molding

Add to resin as required, will give a smooth paste and is very flexible to sand

Add 5% to 6% by weight of resin, a glossy gelcoat is formed.

10 gms to be added per 35kg of resin/gelcoat. for ultra violet stabilisation
