Application: Mold Maintenance

Mold surfaces are porous no matter hard they may be. If they are not sealed properly the wax and release agents will get sucked in and will not provide protection against poured resin and can give stuck-up. Use of sealer is thus very important in mold preparation procedure and it prolongs the life of the mold and thus allows to make many more parts.

blue wax offers multiple release high gloss and excellent surface finish,eliminating the use of pva.

Use Liquid wax in conjunction with Finish Kare’s Blue Paste Wax to reduce wax buildup and get multiple releases. It is very easy to use and reduces work and saves time.

Mold Releaser is a non-wax, non-silicone polymer based Release agent fortified with high temp polymers for high heat stability and accelerated exothermic heat releases in newer composites. It provides Multiple Releases for all Poly Ester Molds, Compression Molding, Vacuum Bagging and Resin Transfer Molding - RTM.

We have all kinds of fibre glass mat in powder/ emulsion, also available woven rovings 400 & 600 gsm, surface mat in glass and polyster. Printed surface mat are also available.

In 25 microns & 75 microns thickness, various widths are available.

All shades available, excellent gloss, mixing ratio 4 % to 6 %

We have dispensers with 25ml capacity graduated with 5 ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml & 25 ml. These dispensers are made fom virgin pp natural material and are unbreakable. Any 500 ml bottle can be fitted on to them.

20% to be added by weight of resin, will enchance the mechnical properties and also lower the cost of molding

Add to resin as required, will give a smooth paste and is very flexible to sand

Add 5% to 6% by weight of resin, a glossy gelcoat is formed.

10 gms to be added per 35kg of resin/gelcoat. for ultra violet stabilisation
