PVA Concentrate |
Mixing Ratio: regular water@3 ltrs per kg of pva to be mixed
However more water can be added as per suitability.

Accelerator |
Our accelerator ( Cobolt Octoate) is 6%, highly viscous (around 200 cps) and leaves no color tone when mixed in the resin. Our Acclerator & Hardner Systems are the fastest in India, the following chart demonstrates:

Lamination Rollers |
|
The typical hand layup usually results in excess resin, and resin is very brittle, so any excess resin actually will weaken the laminate.
Advantages of using the rollers are :
1)compaction of fiber and resin laminate.
2)create an even and smooth laminate surface.
3)Remove Entrapped air bubbles / voids between each layer.
4)excess resin is squeezed off.
5)Increased productivity and product consistency.
6)savings of resin. |
